History
The turquoise shallows were once lit only by seasonal blooms beneath the cliffs. Residents learned which harbor works disturbed the glow and moved their docks to deeper water, leaving the moonlit coves as a living record of the coast’s health.
Economy
Coastal laboratories study low-energy lighting while fishers operate outside the protected luminous shallows. Small inns and cliffside repair bays share a visitor levy that maintains wastewater filters and footpaths.

Joined in Show Year 11 · The Blue Bloom. The Moonwater Concours became a tour stop when organizers agreed to shield their lamps and let the living water provide the evening’s illumination.
A fictional calendar kept by the Rainbow Road IAS. Year 1 begins with the first passage through the sandcastle on the beach in 1999; years count completed journeys inside its pocket of eternity, not elapsed Earth years. Local seasons identify each world’s first gathering. These histories belong to Leonida Larry’s imagined multiverse.

A moment on the road
“We will leave Starlite on the upper terrace. The moon makes the shallows worth the walk down.”
In this galaxy · The passage we share
A duck-built ferry takes the smallest vehicles while the tide reveals the submerged showground. The company discovers that safe passage means making a route for everyone.
At the water’s edge the convoy discovers that the crossing is too narrow for everyone to rush aboard. A little duck-shaped ferry keeps returning for the smallest travelers. Starlite waits with his wheels above the tide while Iridella helps arrange the queue.
The waves erase every tire mark on the beach. The crossing remains because someone comes back for the next passenger. Iridella draws the ferry into the atlas before she draws the palace; a world is remembered by its kindness as much as by its grandest building.
