History
Snowglass’s towns were laid out with low guide walls that remain recognizable after heavy snowfall. Local glassmakers added sheltered windows along the routes, giving walkers small pools of light and a place to see the weather before leaving a warm room.
Economy
The planet makes insulating glass, heated seals, and durable snow-clearing tools. Neighborhood crews share machinery and charge seasonal service fees, allowing small households to keep reliable access without owning equipment they seldom use.
Rainbow Road IAS
Joined in Show Year 19 · The Fresh Snow Morning. The Windowlight Motor Walk joined the tour when residents opened their glass workshops and displayed visiting cars in warm bays along the snowy street.
A fictional calendar kept by the Rainbow Road IAS. Year 1 begins with the first passage through the sandcastle on the beach in 1999; years count completed journeys inside its pocket of eternity, not elapsed Earth years. Local seasons identify each world’s first gathering. These histories belong to Leonida Larry’s imagined multiverse.

A moment on the road
“Look how the window changes the snow around it. A small light can make a very gentle welcome.”
In this galaxy · The pause we need
Starlite’s warm window frames an immense quiet sky. Iridella opens a book, and nobody is required to improve the silence.
The white road extends farther than anyone can judge. Inside Starlite, the windows turn the cold landscape into a sequence of quiet pictures. Iridella opens her book but spends a long time on the same page. Nobody asks her to hurry.
A guide can rest and still be a guide. The convoy learns to leave a little silence around one another. When they start again, the glacier has changed almost imperceptibly, and the atlas gains a memory of waiting rather than another race to the next view.
