History

Apexia grew around a school where road builders tested corners before constructing them elsewhere. Over time the sample bends became neighborhoods, each with a different radius and a gathering space where residents could watch careful drivers practice smooth, predictable turns.

Economy

The school sells road-layout studies and rents measured courses for suspension testing. Driving instructors and alignment shops support the surrounding towns, with course income maintaining separate walking routes and free beginner sessions.

Rainbow Road IAS

Joined in Show Year 8 · The Dry Corner Season. The Perfect Line Demonstration brought Apexia into the tour with a judged procession celebrating smoothness and control rather than the shortest time.

A fictional calendar kept by the Rainbow Road IAS. Year 1 begins with the first passage through the sandcastle on the beach in 1999; years count completed journeys inside its pocket of eternity, not elapsed Earth years. Local seasons identify each world’s first gathering. These histories belong to Leonida Larry’s imagined multiverse.

Iridella’s arrival · Apexia

A moment on the road

“The loveliest corner is the one a passenger barely notices. Let us take this one gently.”

In this galaxy · The joy we keep

Twuck takes a miniature orange track through a passage too small for the convoy. His return reminds the travelers that play can discover something serious planning missed.

Twuck disappears beneath a streamer and reappears at the head of a tiny parade. The serious route briefing dissolves into laughter. Iridella folds the map for a while; the next gateway will still be there after the celebration.

They collect no grand revelation in the plaza. They share a bright, unnecessary afternoon. Later, when the journey asks more of them, Starlite will remember this sound: little wheels, fluttering ribbons, and a gathering happy simply to have arrived.
